Testing:Software and Hardware Engineers are tested for problem solving skills, English Language proficiency (if Costa Rican) and technical knowledge of engineering concepts, embedded systems, DO-178B and DO-254. These scores are benchmarked against hundreds of other candidates’ scores and subsequently determined skill levels used to determine candidate proficiency levels in each area. Initial Screening:Utilizing state-of-the-art recruiting software, our recruiters search our database for candidates that have passed relevant tests and also meet specific job requirements such as degrees, years of experience, skill matches, availability, location and cost. Technical Screening:The screened candidates’ resumes are then technically reviewed by our staff engineers and interviewed if technical requirements are met. Background Checks:Upon acceptance of candidate by customer, the final step (if not previously performed) is the background check, which includes both criminal and professional reference checks. Customer Feedback:And essential to our process is the collection of customer feedback. We use this feedback to tell us how each candidate actually performed in the job and how they adapted to company processes and culture. |
