San Jose, Costa Rica (Nov 1, 2004):
Avionyx, Inc., an avionics engineering company based in Melbourne, Florida, opened its new engineering facility in San Jose, Costa Rica which complements its US-based operation by providing full lifecycle avionics engineering services, providing a low-cost near-offshore alternative in the Central Time Zone and 3-6 hours from many major US airports.
San Jose, Costa Rica (August 1, 2006):
Based on the success of its projects completed since its opening in 2004, Avionyx, S.A. recently completed the expansion of its engineering operation, increasing its facility to 6,500 sq feet and staff to 25 employees. Due to continued strong demand for its services, Avionyx, S.A. expects to again double its staff to 50 employees over the next 9-12 months.
