Each and every candidate must undergo screening tests and a technical interview by one of our staff engineers before being presented to our customers. This ensures every candidate is technically qualified for a particular position - we don’t waste our customers’ time.  Before a candidate is sent to a customer site, a full criminal and professional background check is performed by our HR department. Today, there are many contract engineers on the market - some good, some bad. Our job is to make sure our customers get the good ones.
