
Administrative Assistant
Avionyx is an aerospace software engineering company operating in the America Free Trade Zone, Heredia. We are looking for a person interested on a long-term career in the Operations area with additional exposure to Finance and Human Resources areas.
Responsibilities include:

Coordinate facility maintenance and operations

Receive visitors and answering phone
-
Maintain and purchase supplies
-
Organize US travel arrangements
-
Provide support to the Human Resources and the Finance Departments

Oversee PROCOMER free trade zone compliances:
-
Supporting annual audits
-
Maintaining fixed assets database
-
Tracking imports/exports of high-tech equipment
-
Tracking personnel trainings
Due to the type of tasks performed on this position, it is required that the person works at our offices located in Heredia.

Proficiency working with Excel spreadsheets

Experience working as an administrative assistant or bilingual secretary is a plus.
