About the Job 

 

As a Full-stack Developer, you will work closely with product management, design, front-end/mobile, and back-end teams to realize a brand-new suite of applications required to power this new era of aviation. These applications touch all parts of the customer and operational experience from a customer booking a flight to the behind-the-scenes operations to serve that flight safely and efficiently.

We work in small teams that must quickly become familiar with complex applications, tools, and software, following standardized procedures to comply with international aviation industry requirements for airborne software.

What You Will Get to Do

 

• Architecture solutions across the entire web/mobile environment with multiple programming languages.

• Collaborate along with Management and other stakeholders to find the best integrated solution to meet the requirements and user stories.

• Optimize current and next generation solutions and products for scalability and performance.

What You Will Bring to the Table 

• 6+ years of programming experience

• 6+ years of experience with relational databases and SQL

• 6+ years of experience with web technologies: JavaScript, XHTML, CSS

• Are a pilot or have an interest in aviation and/or new transportation technology (desired)

• B.S. or M.S. Computer Science or related field (desired)

• Experience with C++ & Java (desired)

• Experience with MySQL (desired)

• Strong Problem-Solving Skills
