Project Management

Avionyx has accrued metrics from hundreds of projects over the past 30+ years. We have invested in developing a process based on industry standards for earned value management. Our engineering and project managers all have master’s degrees in project management.


We also have tools that automatically capture performance metrics that are used to monitor individual and team performance in real time and to feed our metrics database that allows us to accurately bid future projects.
